You are a designer refining your craft. Your days are spent relentlessly authoring ideas, designing identities, collaborating with the team around you.

Your Responsibilities

1. You generate great ideas and know how to articulate them well both visually and verbally.
2. You spend a significant amount of time designing and have a strong understanding of symbolism, typography, colour, illustration, iconography and art-direction. You can compose all of these components into complete brand identities.
3. You collaborate intimately with the team around you, learning from them and supporting junior staff. You are able to follow direction from the senior team.
4. You can construct components of client presentations and are beginning your journey to present work.
5. You assist with and demonstrate an interest in our immersion and strategic phases of work.
6. You demonstrate an active interest in branding and want to deliver work for the most impactful companies of today and the founders defining tomorrow.
7. You demonstrate ownership of your role and can both take and action feedback from your manager to progress within it and beyond.
8. You are able to manage your calendar, your time and deadlines to finish tasks.
9. You have a willingness to work in person in our London studio and are open to travel globally, from Stuttgart to San Francisco.
10. You have a great understanding of Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pitch.
